Dinner is a chef's choice French course featuring seasonal vegetables from Setouchi. Experience the unique food experience of this land in a space where you can feel the history of a wealthy merchant who once prospered in the salt and shipping industries. You can also use the yubune (public bath) during your stay. ■ Meals We offer course meals using French techniques, with vegetables from the Setouchi area centering on Setoda as the main characters, along with tableware inherited from the head of the Horiuchi family. The ingredients used are procured from within a radius of 50 km as much as possible. Chef Akita visits production areas and talks with individual producers to deepen his understanding of ingredients. And we will deliver a food experience "unique to this land" with cooking methods and seasonings that make the most of the ingredients. *Children's dinner for elementary school students (ages 6-12) will be served as a children's course. *Dinner for children under the age of 5 is not included in the plan, but can be arranged separately.
