  • Rooms at Azumi Setoda
There are three room types in the two story guest pavilion, which is built around a kakine-framed courtyard. Through a thoughtful blend of traditional ryokan comforts and contemporary amenities, guests can wind down in a homey atmosphere. Each room has a cypress bathtub. Guests may also choose to visit our sister property, the yubune bathhouse, across the street. All rooms have double beds, but two can be joined to create a king size bed upon request.
  • Design
The rooms are made with cedar, cypress, washi, and granite, creating comfort in this contemporary expression of sukiya style design.
  • The stay in Setoda
Azumi Setoda prepares a number of activities to get to know Setoda and its surroundings better. Enjoy a relaxing stay while experiencing the local culture at this ryokan nestled in a shopping street that retains the good old days.
